Terms & Conditions for 999bh — Please Read Carefully

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and 999bh ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing all access to and use of the 999bh platform, including the website accessible at https://999bh.app, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any other services offered through these channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, accessing any game or feature, or otherwise using any part of the 999bh Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety; (b) you fully understand and agree to be bound by every provision contained herein; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. 999bh reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Use of the 999bh Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 999bh operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Players aged under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any form of betting or gaming on the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship are not permitted to register.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform in a manner that extends to 999bh. Attempting to open or use an account while subject to a valid self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Personal account only: You must be registering and using the account entirely on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, and agents of 999bh, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions.

999bh employs Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures to confirm player eligibility. We reserve the right to request identity documents, proof of age, proof of address, and payment method verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

To access the full range of services available on 999bh, you must create a player account by completing the registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 999bh will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999bh immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but cannot be responsible for any losses incurred prior to notification.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the 999bh Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are prohibited. If 999bh identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to merge or close those accounts, forfeit any bonuses, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. 999bh reserves the right to immediately close any account where fraudulent registration information is detected and to report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

999bh supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 999bh account balance following confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are specified within the Finance / Wallet section of the Platform. 999bh does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 999bh accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your 999bh account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account review and potential suspension. 999bh reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Finance / Wallet section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements. 999bh targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests at any given time.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the verification process. 999bh is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete verification documentation.

Currency & Exchange

All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. 999bh is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Anti-Money Laundering

999bh is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. We reserve the right to request additional documentation from any player where a transaction raises a concern under our AML policy. We may, in accordance with applicable law, report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notifying the player concerned.

999bh offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning that bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

Bonus Abuse

999bh operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using automated software to generate play activity, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and any form of collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, 999bh reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel related winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. 999bh reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion, to modify the terms of any promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotional rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

As a registered player on the 999bh Platform, you agree at all times to: provide accurate and up-to-date personal information; use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes; comply with these Terms & Conditions and all supplementary policies; and cooperate fully with any verification or investigation process initiated by 999bh.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999bh Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in games or the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or reported error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting competitions offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or at live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 999bh staff member or other player, whether through in-game chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or similar tool with the intent of circumventing geo-restrictions or disguising your true location.
• Registering under a false identity or allowing another person to use your account.

Violation of any prohibition listed above constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. 999bh reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against individuals whose prohibited conduct causes financial or reputational harm to the Company.

All content on the 999bh Platform — including but not limited to the 999bh brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 999bh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software used in connection with the Platform; use any 999bh trademark or logo without prior written authorisation; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract any data from the Platform.

Game content displayed on the Platform is licenced from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. Use of game content outside the context of normal gameplay on the Platform is prohibited.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to 999bh regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

999bh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected or confirmed.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false identity information.
• A player has created multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy.
• A player's account has remained inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 999bh to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 999bh support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, provided all KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling are strongly encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in account access being suspended for the period chosen by the player. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, by 999bh, or through self-exclusion — your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers of liability, and dispute resolution clauses) shall continue to apply following closure.
